Role Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations of this Retail Banking company, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and business goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will provide leadership across multiple functional areas, including loan origination operations, servicing, compliance, technology, and customer support. The ideal candidate will possess deep consumer lending industry knowledge, a proven track record of operational excellence, and strong leadership skills.

-Regulatory & Risk Management

-Banking & AML Technology 

Experience & Education:

MBA preferred with 12+ years of progressive senior banking experience.
