Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Adviser to provide Human Resources operational support. They will join a team that forms the delivery of the human resources function, offering global expertise and services in areas of recruitment and day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a people-driven adviser to oversee and perform daily human resource functions and manage projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees on HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
- Process appropriate status changes such as new hires, salary information, and updates to personnel files
- Partner with and support leaders and colleagues with activities as well as help us to achieve our objectives.
- Provide employee relations support and work with bargaining units in a professional and confidential manner.
- Provide support in Change Management, Performance Management, Group HR Initiatives, and Conflict Management,
- Support offshore recruiting teams and hiring leaders with the implementation and improvement of our new talent acquisition process.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience working in HR.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience including a minimum of two years of employee relations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge of human resource laws and policies and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP will be beneficial.
- A PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
