Global Marketing Case Study
A management consulting client needed to hire a Global Marketing Executive who would be responsible for the company’s strategic & digital marketing, brand positioning, and sales operations. They would have full P&L responsibilities, need to increase efforts in shaping the company’s public profile, managing complexity, and building innovative marketing capabilities throughout the organization.
Talent Partners was able to present a slate of qualified, diverse candidates, with the selected candidate having a background of 20+ years of experience in B2B and B2C spaces, driving sales, and demand generation. In her prior position, she had successfully led North American marketing for a $1B line business. She has experience working on multi-million-dollar deals and has overseeing global teams.
In her first year with our client, she guided her team to completely refresh the brand and help build a demand generation function that delivered double digit revenue. These results were what prompted her to be promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, reporting directly to the company’s President. In this new role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing organizations. She will continue creating market-leading thought leadership by driving awareness and interest in the company’s advisory, products, & services capabilities.
