A 5000+ FTE Global Management Consulting company was looking to grow their Talent Development Practice overseas. Talent Partners was tasked with identifying high-potential, European based candidates for the newly created position of SVP, Solutions and Engagement Consulting Leader. This individual would be responsible for being the subject matter expert and architect designing programs to enable proposal wins, overseeing the engagement service delivery in the region, and overseeing program and team Management.

Talent Partners delivered a shortlist of qualified candidates from multiple countries, with the finalist being London based. She was previously a Talent Development Practice Leader who is multilingual, with experience working across the UK, Germany, and Belgium in an array of Human Capital capacities.

After 18 months in the role, she was promoted to Head of Solutions EMEA, where she is responsible for the technical presale teams driving RFP’s, engagement win strategies, solution architecture, delivery, and client success on account enterprise solutions. Our client achieved double digit top line revenue growth two years in a row, creating substantial enterprise wins and repeated customer successes.
