Our Global Management Consulting client needed to grow their Talent Management sales revenue and created a dozen new positions called Enterprise Sales Leaders. Talent Partners was asked to identify high-potential subject matter experts with a mix of solutions architecture, delivery, and client interface technical sales. These individuals would be responsible for designing programs & solutions to enable proposal wins and work with closely with the Solutions, Delivery, and Sales Management teams. 

Talent Partners curated qualified shortlists across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions, with placements made in every area. This new team increased sales across Talent Management by more than 20% the following year. They also helped upscale the business development team on the technical side, which increased that teams project win rate. The Enterprise Sales Leaders have been credited with double digit growth three years in a row, affording the client significant enterprise wins and repeated customer successes.
