Talent Partners was hired by a cloud-based SaaS firm based in the Mountain West. They were looking for an Executive Vice President of Sales; someone with enterprise experience and ability to oversee all channel sales. They would be responsible for growing the entire sales team and helping them attain aggressive growth targets. The client had engaged us because they scoured the metro area and said they knew everyone who was a viable candidate.

Talent Partners was able to bring the client a shortlist of five candidates, with four being relocations and one local candidate who was commuting to the Southeast every week. The local candidate was offered the position and accepted – saving the client $50K in relocation fees. This sales leader successfully built a new sales team and increased the company’s revenue 4x over several years.  They were promoted through the organization and have recently become the CEO.
