They were looking for a Federal Practice Leader with a track record of building a national practice and successful pursuits that result in $1-10mm contracts & task order wins within 'full & open' federal markets. This leader would be responsible for strategic revenue and operation plans in the civilian, federal health, and federal markets.

They ultimately hired a former Big 4 Managing Director in the Human Capital Consulting & Strategy Solutions practice with experience partnering with Federal Government and Public Services agencies. This individual led a practice overseeing 100+mm in revenue and large implementation teams.

As Public Sector Industry Leader, our candidate created and implemented strategies to bring solutions to clients in federal, state, and local governments. They led transformation in organizations such as the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and the General Services Administration which ultimately became more than 60% of the firm’s revenue.
