Talent Partners was working an Engaged Search for an M&A / Due Diligence firm on a Partner level hire and found a slate of highly qualified candidates. We successfully placed a Big-4 candidate at that firm, but we also surfaced a high-level consulting resource that was running the US expansion of an international M&A firm. This individual directly oversaw about 50m+ in revenue and was a game-changing candidate. We built a mutually beneficial relationship with the candidate and learned more about their personal career growth. Together, we strategized on the types of firms that would allow him to excel and where they could make a business impact.

Our Practice Leaders began building relationships with a few select firms and one firm immediately recognized our candidate’s potential value in the marketplace. We proposed that the candidate be considered for an Associate Partner with the expectation that they would immediately be considered & fast tracked for Partner election review; the stakeholders agreed, including the CEO. The candidate was hired and successfully voted in as Partner in less than 5 months from his start date.
