Talent Partners Year in Review

It's almost the end of the year and as cliché as it sounds, time flies when you're having fun! Keeping up with some of the social media trends, we thought we'd do a "Year in Review" and highlight some of Talent Partners' top moments.

First and foremost, we've recently relocated our Executive Office to a new location in Hartford, CT! We're excited to reign in the New Year at our new space and are still working on the finishing touches.

We've also learned a lot this year; we've studied industry trends, learned new methods/processes, and attended conferences across the country.

We kicked off the conference season in Dallas, Texas at the Social Recruiting Strategies Conferences. We got to hear dozens of speakers present on topics like brand recognition, candidate engagement, upcoming trends, and so much more.

Staying in the southern part of the country, some of the team attended the National Association of Personal Services Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Talent Partners is a member of the association and we've been attendees in the past.  The conference is highlighted as a great educational opportunity for the search, recruiting, and staffing industry. This year's topics included video interviewing, recruiting like FBI Agents, and the term "millennial".

Perhaps one of the most exciting events of the year was when two of our senior leaders, Larry Rubin and Ken Berkowitz, attended the IQPC Talent Management Exchange and conducted their own session. Held in Scottsdale, Arizona, this event brings together some of the top Human Resources leaders from coast to coast. The session was titled "Why Engaged Executive Search is the Future of Agency Search;" Larry talked about the different types of searches, outlined some key metrics in talent acquisition, and presented some of Talent Partners' case studies (including diversity). We even made the Post-Event Report!   Talent Partners IQPC talent management exchange

"It’s day 2 of the #TMExchange and we're learning a lot here in Scottsdale, thank you @IQPCNAExchange for having us!"

It's been a busy year and we can't wait to see what 2017 brings.

Warm Wishes for a Happy New Year!
