PEO Sales Executive – Charlotte, NC

Our client is a rapidly growing and dynamic organization operating in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. With a strong presence in multiple markets, they are expanding into the Charlotte, NC area and seeking a driven PEO Sales Executive to join the team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and engaging with small businesses. A candidate with a hunter mentality, strong sales acumen, and a background in PEO will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their expansion into a new market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and target small businesses in the Greater Charlotte, NC area
  • Utilize a PEO or Human Capital background to communicate the benefits and value of services
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and making cold calls to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
  • Embrace a hunter mentality to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of approximately 50 cold outreaches per day to prospective clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and solutions to tailor offerings to the unique needs of each client.
  • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify potential leads and referral sources.

Qualifications

  • 5-12 years of experience in PEO or Human Capital 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Hunter Selling skills like strong cold-calling and prospecting skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone before an in-person visit.
  • Understanding what needs to be addressed to close contract agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
