I founded IT Services (now Talent Partners) in early 1996. Candidates and clients alike found that our engaged model and team process of going about talent acquisition was truly a fresh and welcoming approach. Heavily leveraging technology when most recruiting firms wouldn't embrace it and adding a dedicated research arm to our process made us extremely successful and pioneers in a new recruiting age.
